We have known Trish since 2011 when we bought three investment properties. Trish had been recommended by a well-known construction company therefore we knew we could trust her. Trish was quick to market the properties, was organised in gaining tenants, offered us a check in procedure and was there for us for any ad-hoc advice that was required, given that we were new landlords. We have used Trish several times since 2011 whilst we expanded our portfolio, and will require her services in the next month. Her adverts are eye catching and concise. Our tenants have commented on how helpful and approachable she has been. I have recommended Trish to family and friends; she is reliable, efficient and professional, and we would not use any other agent now.

From start to finish the team at Richardsons provided a 5 star service. Trish took some excellent photos which helped a lot to get a tenant straight away.
Within the first of the letting board going up I received 7 viewings. The property was let within a month from first contact.
I could not be happier. Trish is always available for communications beyond the call of duty and does not just provide a 9-5 working day sending emails late into the night.
