I can’t thank Fresh Property Centre enough, especially Grace, for the incredible help and support she gave me! I called and explained that my elderly dad was being evicted because his landlord had decided to sell the property after he had lived there for 15 years. It was a really stressful and upsetting situation, but Grace immediately stepped in and helped us find a suitable property for him. She truly went above and beyond, guiding us through everything and making sure we had all the paperwork and details sorted so that my dad could secure the property. Without her kindness and dedication, he may not have had somewhere to live. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend Fresh Property Centre more highly.

Sold my house through Fresh Property a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paul did our valuation and came so well prepared we were confident they’d get us a great price. The video and photos Paul took made the house look fantastic and we accepted an offer over asking price a few days after it went on the market!! After sales was great, they don’t bombard you with calls but are always on the end of the phone when you need them-particular thanks to Lynsey and Janet! Very satisfied and would recommend.

Took time off work drove an hour only to call to find out why no one was here and apparently the property had already been let. Very unprofessional, can't understand why you'd agree to a viewing and let the property without letting me know Further to the reply given. No text or email has been received and it's currently 6:23 also no information about myself was given so not sure how you could have times for texts and emails sent if I haven't given my name.

Good properly agents. I used them to purchase a property close by. They were always available to chat and get updates from. We did start the process using a online application that allowed us to see the progress of the sale but this seemed to be sunset during the purchase process. I really think it's good having visibility of everything when purchasing so the process can be pushed along. The staff are friendly and did their best with us.

.... average when they don't have your money and very poor when they do, after completion. There's a bad apple there who doesn't seem to know there job role or the fundamentals of customer service and worsens this greatly by not being the least bit polite , quite a passive aggressive tone going over to cold and unhelpful. Over all it depends who helps you get but it's like flipping a coin pot luck. I'd say their overall a poor unprofessional outfit and certainly aren't at all customer based. They need to support people selling from start to finish and quite simply the dont. They only care about their fee.... 1/10 at best

I would like to recommend Paul and Fresh Property Centre. I recently asked them to give us a valuation on our property which had tenants at the time. Paul spoke to me after the appointment and offered me some very useful advice. He had also taken some photos to make me aware of the current state of the property. He sent a written copy of his valuation and copies of other paperwork we needed. Overall they offered a very friendly and helpful service.

From meeting Paul for the 1st time to arrange the sale of my Mums house in North Shields, it is pretty obvious he knows the locality very well (Good North Shields lad) and you are dealing with a professional family run business. The entire process which isn’t the easiest was made a lot simpler having Paul taking care of the sale. The office answer the phone, and queries are responded to promptly. My personal experiences of house selling,solicitors and estate agents hasn’t been that good, but Paul and the Fresh team were a breath of fresh air. Great service.
