EweMove Oakwood/Roundhay (and specifically Aidan himself) were absolutely first rate in selling our much loved home in LS8. Aidan gave expert and experienced advice on market pricing and advertising aimed at the most likely section of the target market. When it came toward the sharp end of offers and negotiations Aidan was calm, professional, polite and clear with his advice to us. We are convinced that we could not have sought out a better more committed agent who never once did not answer the telephone or respond promptly to an email. Top drawer service and very much appreciated. Very highly recommended.

Aidan clearly knows his stuff from an estate agent perspective but his engagement and support throughout our sales process was amazing. Ours was a probate sale and he demonstrated empathy and respect for initial valuation process and beyond. Whilst his valuation was not the highest and his fees more than other agents the small incremental cost was worth it. The offer we accepted was equivalent to other valuations in the end but a much less stressful process. He provided sound advice and we knew that the house was in a safe pair of hands whilst we were managing the process remotely. Having a single point of contact was really beneficial as well. His sales plan produced high levels or interest and a good range of offers in a short time frame. He remained supportive throughout the sales process enabling a swift completion. Aidan at Ewemove did a fantastic job for us with the house sale. Everything worked exceptionally well from marketing strategy, through viewings and bid management, to final sale execution. In particular, Aidan went above and beyond in terms of mediation with the buyer, tactical advice, and timely communication re the whole process... including other chain elements. This prevented potentially expensive lawyer interventions and kept delays to a bare minimum. Wholeheartedly recommended for an ultra professional and always congenial service.

Aidan was a great estate agent, he went the extra mile on more than one occasion, working from the house whilst I surveyors came meaning I didn’t need to take time off and more importantly when things needed pushing through with solicitors etc he went the extra mile to get the deal done. He gave great advice when listing and when considering offers, I noticed that post sale he went out of his way to see that the buyers had settled on as well which is a lovely touch. Communication throughout, he was excellent and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Aidan was responsive, friendly, and non-pushy or sales-y in his approach to potentially selling our house off-market, giving bespoke and realistic advice drawing on his real knowledge of the local area. He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. There was a rude guy, I think his name is David Walker having bad manners and not experience at all in sales. I asked his name and he refused to give me that information. It is very dissapointing that a small estate agent like EWEmove has this huge pretensions and poor customer service.

I have just used EweMove North Leeds (Howard) to sell a house, and would recommend him and the company. From our initial meeting it was clear that Howard was prepared to invest the time in understanding the property, and our needs as sellers. He gave balanced and informed advice on pricing, backing this up with evidence, something that many of the other estate agents we were talking to didn't. His marketing strategy was effective, quickly achieving a sale price that was fair to all parties (IMO). Throughout the conveyancing process Howard was available and easily contactable when necessary. But I would also note that Howard uses an additional support company who provides a dedicated case handler to improve communications between all parties and facilitate flows of information. This was really useful in helping to properly understand the status of the transaction throughout, and was much more dependable than information from our solicitors. This is an example of Howard's approach going above and beyond what many other estate agents are prepared to do. I would be happy to work with Howard again in any property transaction as he's professional, efficient, friendly and effective.

I chose to sell my house with Howard at Ewe Move because he works independently and offers an excellent and very personal service. Unlike the bigger estate agents you only deal with Howard as he represents Ewe Move in Leeds, and therefore the service is incredibly consistent. My home was shown beautifully in pictures online and I was able to direct message him throughout the whole selling process and even after completion. Certainly recommend!
