GoogleI can highly recommend Darren Young. From start to finish we received an excellent service throughout the house sale process. We had an issue with dampness and he recommended a local company to provide a free quote that was available to potential purchasers. . He has a first rate knowledge of the local market and provided excellent communication to both the seller and buyer until the sale was completed.

The service was absolutely shocking - the house we chose to rent was literally falling apart and was against all sanitation rules! From fingernails to used sponges from the landlord, mould and food on the walls. The doors not aligned and definitely not wind and water tight! When this was brought up Roddy washed his hands of it and passed the buck to Sharon... who quite frankly did not care! Absolute disgrace of a company to even be franchised by REMAX... we will be taking this further because no other tenant or home owners should have to put up with this or have wool pulled over their eyes.

Googleif I was selling my house with these guys I would be careful. We phoned 4 times to try and arrange a viewing. Most people would have given up. If this was my house being sold I would be disappointed that they are turning away possible interest in my house through shear incompetence.
