Although we were a little early, we were assured that it wasn’t a problem and that we could browse freely around the house and garden while Ric and Natalie were on hand if we had any questions. GoogleWe met Natalie & Ric at an open house viewing. We arrived a little earlier than expected and was met with a warm welcome, even though there were other people viewing. Both Natalie & Ric were extremely helpful and very knowledgable of the property for sale. There was no clock watching or rushing us as we viewed and no pressure at all to make an offer. They explained how their business worked, presented us with a lovely goodie bag full of the property information along with lots of local knowledge which we found helpful. If you are looking for a genuine knowledgeable couple to market your property then I would highly recommend Natalie & Ric of EweMove North Fylde.

GoogleI have to admit, we hadn't heard of EweMove before we attended a viewing for a property they were the assigned agent for, but have to say the experience from arranging, attending and follow-up after the viewing has been extremely positive.
We have viewed numerous properties with multiple Estate Agents over the past month, but EweMove, and particularly Al Delgado, has been the best experience of these.
Al has been so personable, professional and helpful throughout the process and we cannot praise him enough. He was clued up on the property and the location and was able to answer all our queries.
He created a very relaxed viewing and took cues from what we were looking for to help us envisage how the property could support those elements.
Would not hesitate in recommending.
