We have had such a brilliant experience with selling our property with Bonnie from Simpson and Marwick. From the first time she came to visit, she was very professional and organised and had already done research on our area, she was very well prepared. Bonnie ensured a quick turn around for us getting our property on the market throughout with efficient communication with everyone involved. She gave great advice on selling points and on the offers over price for putting on the market. When we had queries at different points in our sale, she was very understanding, supportive and patient with us and helped us feel happy with how we proceeded. Dick and I could not have had anyone better than Nikki Hempseed on hand to sell our house . She was always there for us giving sound advice and encouragement and was totally unflappable. From producing high quality marketing material, arranging for the home report and thereafter providing viewing agents to “sell” the property to prospective buyers. Carole was my appointed sales negotiator, she was extremely professional and obviously had a wealth of experience. Di, in the early days, made sure I was completely confident with the process (reassuring me about COVID safety during viewings etc) Carole blew me away with her energy and downright doggedness throughout the viewing and closing date stage, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Selling during a pandemic was never going to be entirely stress-free. However, from my first contact with Diane Jennings I felt I was in safe hands. Diane and her team ensured that I was supported throughout and kept informed at all stages. At our first meeting Diane provided expert advice on how best to present the property, including the benefits of having a video presentation. She also provided reassurance about the additional safety measures required for viewings.
