GoogleWould not recommend. They haven't been fair with potential buyers of a house advertised only 2 days ago, but rather allow the seller to accept an offer without a closing date, despite 16 different parties being interested.

FacebookAVOID! At all cost! Do not use this serive as they act in a totally immoral and deceptive way. Unfortunately, property rental specialist in East Lothian are hard to come by and this company pretty much has the lion share of rental properties in the area. My experience of them was absolutely appalling. We viewed a property through GSB at the end of June 2015. We instantly knew it would suit our needs and made a full application. 1 week later we were told the property was ours and that we needed to give them a date of entry. I immediately accepted the offer and I contactedy current letting agent and was given a date. GSB asked if I could apply pressure to my existing landlord to get into my new property earlier. I did so and was able to get a date 1 week earlier. Then, without warning or justification, GSB, informed me that unless I could move in by 1st August, the house would no longer be ours. This effectively made me and my family potentially homeless. I complained in writing to the company. I asked 3 times who they were regulated by and they refused to give me an answer. (I have later discovered they are not regulated by any property redress scheme, which is appaing given the size of this organisation). I am still pursuing action against this company who ruined my family vacation and they refuse to admit any liability. I would seriously recommend against using this company.

FacebookAwful service,no interest in coming to inspections they arrange or even apologising for wasting your time. And oh so conveniently forget to return deposits. It's just unfortunate that people in East Lothian pretty much have to use them.

FacebookIf I could give 0 stars I would. The service was terrible when we purchased a house that was in the market with GSB....it's as if they didn't want our money!!Now they refuse to get back to our solicitors about a legal matter regarding a faulty boiler which was happened working one day of us moving in to the property!! If you want a professional solicitor,go else where!!

FacebookAppalling way to run a business. Never respond to emails or calls, only allow you to view properties if is suits them. BEWARE of renting via them...they are very friendly with rogue landlords and don't send potential new landlords accurate information. Avoid at all costs ❌❌
