FacebookRented a property for 5 and a half years from this agency. House was perfect for me. Quick move and any maintenance that needed doing was done quickly and properly, couldn’t fault it!! Regular safety checks took place so it was safe for me and my daughter. House did say no pets but had a very small breed (fully trained) family dog and was fine which I was thankful for! Recently handed in my 4 week notice, was never late on any rent payment and got my bond back fairly quickly just in time for Xmas! All round win win. Would recommend, just leave the house in the same condition you rented it in.

Now to cap it all they kept two hundred pounds of my bond to pay for a deep clean and some gardening, they will not provide receipts and the disputable gardening was done by the owner, I would say this is theft!!! They are refusing to answer my calls or emails, disgusting outfit ,
