So far we’ve had a great experience with Hopkins Homes. The house is well built with lovely finishings and customer service has been great. Sharon, Lindsay and the team have patiently helped us through the process, keeping things moving so we were able to exchange and complete in 7 weeks. This move has been refreshingly stress free. A big thank you to everyone at St James’ Park.

Would thoroughly recommend Hopkin homes for a new build purchase. Quality finished to a high standard and nothing is too much trouble. Unique features of a new build that are not standard which we felt gives the property character for a new house. Excellent communication from the sales team (Sharon). We recently bought a flat in sprowston from Hopkins Homes. We dealt with Shaun Tate through the whole experience who was superb and extremely helpful through the whole process. Anytime we wasn't sure about some thing however big or small Shaun was there to help. He made the process very simple and a-lot less stressful.

Disappointed that they continue to advertise homes as available when they have sold. I understand that as a marketing tool it gets people through the door but when you are looking to buy quickly it's very frustrating. :(

We aim to provide accurate and timely information, however a short delay may occur in updating the status of properties on our website/Rightmove following the receipt of reservations. Our Sales Consultants will always be able to provide real-time availability on the homes you may be interested in.
