GoogleFirst of all, they are a bunch of conmen... Try to keep your deposit by saying they didn't like the colour of the fire breast wall.. Which was dark purple. Then changed there mind & say your not getting the deposit back due to grass not being cut... Grass was cut two days before they came out.. Then they try & say you didn't pay a month in advance, which i did. They try every excuse they can to keep your deposit.
The three men in the office are all called Noel.. When none of them are actually called Noel...
I'm not the only person that this has happened to & especially if you rent a house from The landlord Johnny Andrews (The Mill Housing) which Russell Brothers take charge of.

YellGet what you pay for - excellent
Dealt with Alan for a recent Homebuyers report and was really impressed with how thorough and detailed the survey was. The depth it went into was far beyond some other reports I have seen for friends houses by competitors. It found issues in the property I`m moving to, allowing me to investigate and renegotiate. On price comparison sites, and phoning around, it won`t be the cheapest but then again it won`t be the most expensive either. As Alan put it to me "you get what you pay for with surveyors" and I`m glad I paid the £75 more as in the long run it will have saved me by discounts achieved of the house I`m buying.

Needed a HomeBuyer Report done on a house; spoke to Alan directly, and had the Report complete and with myself and my solicitor within a fortnight. The Report itself was comprehensive, and Alan left it open for me to get back to him with any further queries. Grand job.

GoogleRead reviews before you hand over deposit monies. Like other reviews they will refuse to return it. It's meant to be in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme but look into it further they actually hold onto your deposit themselves and not lodge it with the TDS. If you are handing over a deposit insist it is deposited with TDS otherwise you have no chance of getting it back.

Dont hand over deposit monies to this company unless they assure you it has been deposited with the TDS in the TDS bank account. They hold onto tenants deposits put it in their own bank accounts and refuse to return it.
