A first class service from Reeds Rains Newtownards from the outset to completion. Ryan who valued our home was most professional and no pressure was put on us. He gave us lots of useful information on how best to prepare our home for sale. The viewings handled by Stephen and Guy went smoothly and they kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team at Reeds Rains Newtownards for anyone considering putting their home on the market.

The Reeds Rains team in Newtownards did an excellent job guiding us through the sale of our property. We purchased our property through them five years ago and we were very happy to use them as our selling agent this time around. They were consistently helpful, responsive, and pragmatic throughout the process, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel well-managed and straightforward. Stephen in particular was a great to work with and communicated clearly at every stage. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone looking for a reliable and effective estate agent.

This was the second time I have sold through Reeds Rains. I dealt with Ryan in the Newtownards office. Ryan is very friendly, professional and always tries to help with any queries even in difficult circumstances such as Covid. Couldn't have picked anyone better to sell my house and keep me right during the process.

We where tenets with Reeds Rains for three and half years. Throughout that time they where extremely professional and very helpful. We didn’t have many problems with our property but when we did they were fixed extremely quickly and very efficiently. We had three monthly inspections as part of our tenancy and we found these to be a great opportunity to express any problems we had as well as a great way for the landlord to ensure the property was being well looked after. Jenny was our main contact throughout the three years. Jenny is pleasant and very helpful and was a pleasure to speak to. Reeds Rains are a first class letting agency which look after their tenets and Landlords.

Like many on this, I have to say Rosaleen has been fantastic. She goes above and beyond for us and we've been renting for 6 months. Anything she has done has been quick and timely. She definitely deserves a pay rise in my opinion as she keeps tenants happy. Thank you Rosaleen

We have recently bought a house in the Newtownards area through Reeds Rains (as well as previously renting through the branch) and couldn’t speak highly enough of the service! We were specifically dealing with Ryan who was fantastic in both speed of response and customer service - as was the wider team!

After several unsuccessful attempts to sell our home we were advised to contact Reed Rains, Newtownards Branch, were we were introduced to Ryan and Jenny and "What A Team"!!! From the onset of meeting Ryan we knew this was the person we wanted to work for us. After some discussions agreeing on the house value we put the house on the market and immediately were inundated with viewings. Every day we received a call from Jenny keeping us updated and very quickly we had an offer made. The general sale of the house was "pain free" and again this was down to Ryan and Jenny due to their professionalism, cheery personalities and always free when we needed their advice. I cannot recommend this company enough.
