The members of staff were absolutley amazing; so helpful and nothing was too much effort for them. Extremely efficient communications and always returning calls and emails as soon as they could. We organised 2 sets of viewings almost at last minute timescales and felt well looked after. Whilst house searching in the area we have met a lot of local agents and Luscombe Maye, Newton Ferrers have been helpful, thoughtful and friendly agents. They take the time to get to know you and fill you in on the local area and seem to 'get' what you are looking for very quickly. A viewing with Fiona was of particular note which led me to write this review, by far the best viewing we have had and it was very much down to her. Great ability to make you feel comfortable and answer questions you didn't know you had without ever feeling pushy. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
