GoogleMy partner and myself bought our first house using sample Mills. Steve and Karen were easy to talk to and were always on the end of the phone for us. Our solicitor firm was a joke, and without the team at Sample Mills' help with following up with them, and providing us guidance throughout the process, I don't know if we could've done it without them. Would 100% say that they were great and we would definitely deal with them again.

GoogleI have recently used Sample Mills and Co to find a tenant for a property I rent out. Marketing of the property was good, photos excellent. They found a tenant within a week and the reference process was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed all the way through the process. Handover was excellent and the inventory was the best I had ever seen. Sample Mills are managing the let for me and I have been offered paperless statements which helps the environment. I would highly recommend Sample Mills for any property transaction.

GoogleSasha is an absolute credit to this estate agent, she was a total gem throughout the purchase of our first home. There was another bloke, unsure of his name as he never introduced himself, who was basically the complete opposite! Learnt my lesson and would avoid talking with him after the first few phone calls.

GoogleOur property completed with Sample Mills this week. They sold our house within three weeks.The house sale fell through because the first time buyer at the beginning of the chain pulled out. They held on to the house that we wanted (which was also with them) until a new buyer was found at the beginning of the chain. We chose them because we found the staff friendly and honest with lots of local knowledge.Also because they saw the our house and it’s positive points the same way we did when we bought it and they weren’t afraid to try for a really decent but still sensible price. GoogleMy mum wanted to sell her property so following my advice had Sample Mills around to value it, to say she was impressed was an understatement, ‘he really understands what i want to do’ said my mum, ‘i’m selling with them’. Within days of her property going on the market she had a number of viewings and a more than acceptable offer, the Sample Mills service was brilliant with a very helpful team who worked incredibly hard in selling my mums property, nothing was to much trouble for them and I’m happy to recommend them a 100%.

GoogleWent to a viewing to be told to put a deposit down asap due to it would be held for us not telling or giving us an equal chance. Wasn't fair on letting the property, should be given an equal chance. Poor quality of communication do not recommend
