Having just worked with Appolonia and Ryan at RE/MAX to sell my parents' house, I absolutely recommend them. They hit exactly the right notes with their professionalism, very timely communication, and honesty. It's not an easy property to sell, but both Ryan and Appolonia were quick to react to every circumstance that arose, and got us to an excellent outcome. It felt like a personal, tailored service. Compared to other firms I've used, both in Newton Abbot and London, they were streets ahead of the competition.

I cannot recommend ReMax highly enough. Just the most friendly and competent people ever. Ryan and Appolonia were incredible. Appolonia kept in touch almost daily and went above and beyond for us in our house being process. She is a dream! Not once was anything too much trouble, she helped every step of the way, made us feel listened to and that we were in very capable hands indeed. She chased for us from solicitor to solicitor and dealt with everything she could without any stresses. 10/10 recommend, 100% amazing, cannot speak more highly of ReMax and how they dealt with us throughout. He has always been contactable, respectful and has listened to our concerns and thoughts along the way, offering his advice/experience and was prepared to discuss the various pros and cons of the decisions we had to consider. The people who he arranged to view our property always seemed to be in good positions and appropriate. He always sent the feedback as soon as he was able to which helped us as we then knew where we stood and communication flow has been good. On Exchange day, there were some loose ends and he really worked hard to tie them up for us to ensure it all went ahead without delay.
