FacebookI was diappointed with the rental side of Shooters. I found the lady that dealt with rental not very helpful and was very cold and when I left I requested my deposit it took four weeks to get it and that was because I contacted the Manager by email and it was in my account in a matter of days. I wouldn’t use Shooter whilst this lady is in charge. She definitely needs to go on a course in how to deal with customers. Sorry but this is how I feel!!!!

GoogleSlow in response and processing, Unclear on what information was required, causing delay, Only Allow Group Viewings for properties, Wont arrange viewings outside business hours, Have to pay Agency fees, whether or not you are successful in renting, Close at lunch, for an hour, Cash only, as they do not have card machine, Guarantor has to physically go to office to sign documents Generally unaccommodating, inconvenient and slow, stuck in the past Would not recommend.

FacebookMet Maurice and he is a very good person and also rang the office and recieved very good attention. I have seen they are very good people who take their time to insure you properly secure your property as you buy from them. And you still have time to listen after the transaction is over that is very encouraging indeed! Keep up your good work and wish you God's Blessings as you do your work!
