GoogleAVOID! Looked up for estate agents in my town and found Hanna Hillen saying free valuation. A polite gentleman checked the property and the next day gave me a valuation which I found too low... so glad I shopped around as a competitor gave a free valuation of 20K more and indeed the sales went through yesterday: 21K more than the Hanna Hillen estimated sales price.

YellUnhelpful, patronising and rude.
I just telephoned Hanna Hillen estates with a view to selling my property and enquired how much a similar property they had just sold in the same development, had sold for. The lady I spoke with refused to tell me the actual selling price, even though most other estate agents in Newry will happily divulge this information. However, it was the curt manner in which she talked down to me that was most insulting. Needless to say, I won't be using Hanna Hillen estates to sell my house.

Very unprofessional experience from start to finish! Ian was non-existent in process; Kerry lacked clarity, commitment, or professionalism throughout process. Felt like non-existent entity. No real work for fee earned! Would definitely not recommend!

GoogleAs a first time seller I had no idea what was involved in the process. Ian Hall guided me through every step of the way, in a very professional and courteous manner, well supported by Violet and Kerry. Initial valuation was spot on and Ian worked hard to ensure myself and the eventual buyers were happy with the agreed price. Very smooth and surprisingly painless experience ! Would highly recommend.
