GoogleRecently we touched base with the wonderful Ann Callen regarding advice about remorgaging. Having previously dealt with Ann many years ago, we knew she could assist. Ann is a lady, she has a wealth of knowledge and is a kind person who genuinely wants to help. I would recommend Ann to anyone looking to take out a mortgage. She is a lovely person also which is always lovely. Keep up the great work Ann! Always a pleasure ☺️

As landlords, we had high standards given the level of investment, and Micheál understood this from the outset. His approach was professional, proactive and well organised, from familiarising himself with the properties ahead of completion to delivering high quality marketing and clear, informative listings. This resulted in well matched viewings and ultimately excellent tenants across all three properties. Communication was consistent and efficient throughout, making the entire process straightforward. We dealt mainly with Noeleen and can hand on my heart say she done everything she possibly could to help us at every single hurdle. Very genuine and couldn't have done enough for us. Thanks to Ian who helped us also during the proccess you were great and very approaching you spent as much time needed at every viewing we had with you. YellUnhelpful, patronising and rude.
I just telephoned Hanna Hillen estates with a view to selling my property and enquired how much a similar property they had just sold in the same development, had sold for. The lady I spoke with refused to tell me the actual selling price, even though most other estate agents in Newry will happily divulge this information. However, it was the curt manner in which she talked down to me that was most insulting.Needless to say, I won't be using Hanna Hillen estates to sell my house.
