GoogleBradley’s are hands down THE WORST estate agent I have ever had to deal with as a tenant. I would never use them ever again after my experience. I would actually give them 0 stars if I could! Alarm bells were ringing the moment we did the inventory check and they had ‘light bulbs not working’ on the inventory rather than actually replacing them for when we moved in. They hardly ever came to check the property, maybe once a year, which I’m sure isn’t what they agree with landlords. The property was riddled with damp and mould which took them 3 years to do anything about. If you have a pet do not use them as they charge you £170 for ‘fumigation’ when you check out. When I questioned what this was before signing the contract they told me it meant spraying the carpets with an over the counter flea spray. WRONG!!!!!!! Disgusted they tell you lies to sign a contract knowing full well you will get charged. Terrible agent, avoid at all costs.

Thank you for your comments. Whilst there are a number of points upon which we are not agreed we consider it appropriate to provide clarity regarding our pet policy in particular. Wherever possible we encourage our landlords to consider pets rather than to impose a blanket ban. In this instance your former landlord agreed you may keep a dog at the property subject to specific conditions. You signed an appendix to the tenancy agreement which quite clearly stated “The carpets are to be PROFESSIONALLY cleaned at the end of the tenancy by the Tenant and receipts for such work submitted to the Agent” and also that “At the end of the tenancy the property will be PROFESSIONALLY FUMIGATED for the purpose of destroying any pests that may remain the full cost of such pest control will be met by the Tenant and receipts for the same submitted to the Agent”. You did not comply with these provisions leaving us no option but to arrange the works on your behalf. You had the option to arrange these works yourself but chose not to, this being a view shared by the TDS whom arbitrated the deposit administration independently. For the avoidance of any doubt, this Company did not make any financial gain whatsoever as the £170 to which you refer was the price quoted by an independent contractor

GoogleOur home move took nearly five months and has been stressful at times however Richard, Kathleen and Alex have been the most amazing team of estate agents. Chasing loose ends and keeping us updated every step of the way. We’ve found our forever home so don’t intend on moving again (not for a very long time anyway) but if we did we would 1000% use Bradley’s. Excellent team

They called back when they said they would. Given their approach with us as purchasers, we would consider using Bradley’s for a sale in the future.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Bradleys. We used their broker David- who managed to secure us a mortgage in principle even though our circumstances were a bit complicated and changed several times due to the first lockdown. We were then passed to a case manager - Emily - who did a brilliant job of chasing up the lender when there were delays. Buying a house off plan during lockdown was a very stressful experience and we experienced some setbacks and delays, so much so that it seemed like it might never happen. We were well supported every step of the way though by Shah at Nansledan. He kept us up to date, and was really on top of chasing up the solicitors and keeping us informed. He managed to stay cheerful and reassuring even when I was a bit stressed and phoning him a lot! He also made some helpful suggestions and was very diplomatic when my husband and I couldn't initially agree on the colour of tiles or worktops :-) Shah stayed in touch once we'd moved in and was on hand to help still even when we'd been officially handed over to Morrish, even coming down to help after he finished work one evening when I couldn't figure out how to set the heating timer. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout and made a stressful experience feel just a little bit easier. We were so happy with our new house once were able to go in and look at it- it was even more beautiful than than we'd imagined from looking at the drawings, and we are still just as happy now that we've been here for a couple months. Morrish have been great and have responded really quickly to some bits of snagging work - for example, once we reported an issue late on a Friday afternoon and at 8.30am on the Monday morning we had the site manager and a decorator on our doorstep, ready to come in and fix it. They have all been really polite to deal with, including the customer service team who I've emailed with any issues, and consistently provided great customer service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleYou can see from the reviews and ratings that it is a company your either very happy with or got terrible service. This is because If you are a landlord you will be looked after, as a tennant your treated as an afterthought or an inconvenience. Do not rent from these people. Do not trust these people. You will be treated with a complete lack of respect.
