I cannot recommend Dragon Estate Agents highly enough, and specifically our agent, Dave, who was absolutely instrumental in our recent house sale.

GoogleOver the years I have used many of the estate agents in Newport both for buying property and renting out property we own. I decided to use RDE for renting out a property and selling a property. The service straight from the start was excellent. Dave is an experienced agent who knows the market.
The renting process was smooth and professional. Korben who looks after the rental side is also excellent.
The sale of our other property was also professional with regular updates and feedback on all viewings. I never once had to contact Dave for feedback, he would message even out of hours with any information. Dave liaised with both solicitors during the sales process to ensure a smooth sale.
After using other estate agents in Newport who never passed on offers, gave buyers incorrect information, selling properties to their friends, I could go on. I will never use another agent again. It's a shame that other estate agents do not have the high standards of service that RDE adhere too.

I am sorry you have felt you had to leave this negative review without contacting us direct to discuss your issue. Our Manager tried to contact you numerous times yesterday to apologise and explain what had happened and to offer you a new appointment, but you did not respond.
Unfortunately, due to an admin error, your telephone number was entered incorrectly into our diary and that number was notified of the viewing but did not respond. This error was only discovered yesterday when we checked back to your original online enquiry from you.
Our Manager did attend the viewing (there were other viewings there at that time) and is sure he saw you outside the property as he went to park. By the time he had parked however, you had walked off. If you had called the office to say you had not received confirmation or to enquire where the agent was, the error would have been remedied sooner.
We always turn up for our appointments and apologise that due to human error in our busy office, you were not notified in the usual way and were therefore unable to undertake your viewing.

K Phizzle or whatever your name actually is, having looked into your claims, the number you have provided via screenshots, is not our direct office number published on Google, it is a redirect number via Rightmove enquiries, which would explain why we have no record of you or your number?
