All of our lots have a legal pack provided which can be downloaded online and includes all information required. Viewings are available on the majority of our properties, however we cannot always guarantee this due to situations out of our control. We are always happy to assist with any queries you may have. Hi Michael, is this regarding lot 10 in tomorrows auction? If so, there was an error on our system which failed to show that this property was withdrawn. Unfortunately, the vendor has agreed a private sale and our valuer who was due to carry out the viewing was unaware of this. We can guarantee that had all the team known about the withdrawal, we would've contacted everybody who had booked onto the viewing to inform them that it would not be going ahead. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused yesterday and assure you this is a rare mistake.
