Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with the letting company. Went to a viewing then got told I can’t just ask to rent the property I’ll have to wait to be informed they’ll call me if my application is taken further. I never got a call back so thought I’d ask, got told I don’t have a big enough income so they weren’t gonna progress. I asked why waste my time you would have known this before I went to the viewing as they asked for all GDPR info such as income. In response I got told sorry that’s just how it is before the woman just hung up. I’ve never been more disappointed, this lack of communication and rude customer service. I honestly feel disrespected by the Paul Fosh group and this poor process.

I have recently transferred over to Paul Fosh lettings in Newport have been really impressed with the service they provide to both landlords and tenants. Excellent communication with all parties throughout the letting process, and the lettings team are always on hand at the end of the phone if you need to discuss anything. This is a world away from the experience I had with a large corporate estate agent in Newport - very glad to have transferred over to Paul Fosh!
