Nick Tart Estate Agents Newport reviews

We have recently sold our house through Nick Tart Newport, and they also represented the vendors of our new house. We cannot thank the team enough - Sue was extremely friendly and personable when visiting our house for the initial valuation; we knew that we could trust her straight away, and within several weeks of being on the market we had multiple offers. Wendy has shown us around several properties over the past 18months and is extremely knowledgable about them; she also really digs down into what you want from a house and was always happy to discuss any upcoming listings which may have been suitable. Niamh was fantastic; she was always happy to answer any questions, and did so quickly and diligently. They really helped to take the stress out of selling/moving. Our buyers unfortunately pulled out, meaning we lost the house we were initially going to buy, but within a week we had a new buyer… and shortly after Sue found us a new property off market which we are now in and love. We highly recommend them if you are looking to sell your property. Hannah and Josh

Outstanding Support and Service, Even From 5,000 Miles Away We recently sold our property through Nick Tart Newport while living 5,000 miles away in the United States, and I can honestly say the team, led by Sue, were exceptional from start to finish. Selling a home from abroad naturally added layers of complexity and emotion, especially as we were simultaneously navigating the purchase of a new home in the US. There were inevitable challenges with conveyancing and a few hiccups in the chain, but throughout it all, the team at Nick Tart demonstrated tremendous professionalism, compassion, and empathy. They frequently went above and beyond to ensure everything moved forward smoothly, keeping us well informed and reassured despite the distance. They also very patiently put up with my occasional grumpiness, which speaks volumes! I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re considering selling your home and want an agent who genuinely cares, communicates brilliantly, and will see the job through with integrity and heart, Nick Tart Newport is the team to trust.

It often felt like they were living the highs and lows right alongside us, always there with reassurance, guidance, and regular updates. The ladies at Nick Tart went above and beyond in what was a difficult set of circumstances that led to the recent sale of my home. They kept me updated every step of the way, and reassured me when I had any worries. The process of selling can be a stressful process, however I have no doubt at all that they absorbed a lot of that stress and frustration when the buyer and their conveyancer felt like they were doing things to make the process a lot harder than it needed to be. I have subsequently bought my onward purchase through them and that process was straight forward and again they kept me updated. They were very professional from start to finish, would recommend!

I used Nick Tart Newport office to sell my house. From the moment Sue came to do the valuation I knew I would trust her to sell my beloved home. Sue was friendly, personable and professional all in equal measure. My house sold within a couple of days and I found Nick Tart to be fast and responsive to all queries and questions I had throughout the process. Jess was also great in the office and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. My selling process was smooth and they even managed to get me offers over the asking price so I am very happy. Thank you again Sue, Jess and the rest of the team.
