GoogleThe overall experience and handling of everything from start to finish has been first class! The gentleman Nick who I first viewed the property with was courteous followed up on everything and even the one small plumbing support I asked for upon moving in was dealt with promptly by the back office staff. Certainly a massive improvement on the last local agency I used. I would highly recommend !

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend at all moved into a property in September, reported my boiler not working correctly and it’s January and still not fixed after contacting them over and over again you feel your banging your head of a wall constant trying to get things done. They are everyone’s worst nightmare not what you want especially when you’re renting for the first time too. Absolute joke !

They took over from our old agents, honestly They do naff all. Our wall is covered in damp and we've been trying to contact them to get someone to come sort it since june, it's now October and I've Got a baby due in 3weeks. Dreadful experience, was asked to act as a guarantor for a friends student and the process was ridiculous! It is as if you are buying the property not just guaranteeing the rent and we are severely liable for the whole house, an archaic position to be in nowadays. Plenty of other letting agencies now offering independent guarantees for the individual tenant only. Avoid this company!
