Patient, responsive and professional… all you would want from an estate agency when selling your home. Particular thanks to Natalie who was always on hand with excellent advice and did a great job negotiating my next purchase. Jasmine, who was so patient and professional, showing me round various properties and ultimately recommended my next home. Chrissy who was excellent at providing viewing feedback and negotiated the final deal on my sale. There were some tricky times with building societies and solicitors, but this team fixed it all for me!

Jasmine worked really hard for us when we were trying to find a new home. We had some quite specific criteria. She always listened and took on board our feedback. Jasmine showed us a number of places and was consistently very professional. She had always done her homework on each place. Jasmine knew the ins and outs of each property and the area it was located in. When she was not 100% sure she did not try and pull the wool over our eyes but was honest enough to say she would have to go and find out. She would then return with the precise answers we needed in an acceptable timeframe. Moreover, Jasmine was also very considerate of my reduced mobility. She was both patient and accommodating. We had a great experience with the F&C team, especially Ross and Chrissie. They have been very professional and kept us informed constantly throughout the selling process. We previously put our house on the market with another agent, but the chain kept breaking with 3 different buyers over 3 months. We then went with F&C. They took time to prepare a very professional marketing brochure of our house with air drone photographs. It made a huge difference in how the house was presented in the market. We only advertised our house for 3 days and could find 2 cash buyers. 5 days after finding our cash buyer we exchanged contracts, and 6 days later we completed! The quality of the buyers we had access to with F&C was excellent, and the Marketing had a lot to do with it. We highly recommend Fine and Country.
