Excellent experience

I had to sell a property because of financial reasons. It needs work that I cannot afford to take on. I contacted Auction House London and got put through to Georgia, who is nothing short of amazing. Having not done this before, I had loads of questions and she answered every single one promptly and thoroughly. She helped me make every decision with clear guidance and information. She is an absolute credit to Auction House London and the reason I had an excellent experience - the world needs more like her! I wouldn't hesitate to engage with Auction House London again and would encourage anyone that was thinking about it to contact them.

Another good result with a difficult property

We've been selling our properties with Chris and the team for years and the service has been excellent from start to finish. From the quick and accurate valuations to the strong results, they are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The latest one wasn't straightforward but we got there in the end thanks to their help and advice throughout. Thanks again.

Extremely good experience

I had already tried to sell the house through two well-known national estate agents, one where I was met by complete ineptitude and the other with lots of viewings by quite unsuitable buyers. I turned to Auction House Scotland on the recommendation of a property blogger after contacting several auction companies. The whole experience was excellent, from quick listing to sale. The Sales Negotiator, Nicola, was outstanding, completely organised, always quick to respond to questions, following up when she said she would and, most importantly, only sending qualified prospects to view the property, particularly appreciated as I had a 200 mile trip to do the viewings. In the end the house was sold via a standard offer (at my asking price) rather than by auction as the buyers first had to sell their own house and required a mortgage. Entry for the buyers was achieved just over two weeks from a conditional offer being made. I doubt this would have been possible without Nicola. Obviously solicitors were engaged by both buyer and seller but when either side needed information in a hurry it was Nicola we called. I hope she is as appreciated by her employers as she was by me.The fee was more than the other estate agents were going to charge but Auction House Scotland achieved a sale, the others did not. I have no qualms about recommending them.

Excellent Service and Staff

I could not have been more pleased with the professional yet friendly service I received from Auction House. There will always be problems with selling a house, and this house had more than it's fair share of problems and hiccups, but Auction House 'held my hand' throughout. Unbiased advice, unfailingly responding to calls and correspondence, personable staff - how many companies offer that these days?! I can't recommend Auction House SW too highly - thank you to you all.
