Dom sold our house incredibly quickly and guided us through the purchase of our new home. Although the process wasn’t the easiest, we were able to succeed thanks to the support from the Hills team. Without their assistance, I would have likely given up long ago. Some parts of selling and buying were more challenging than I anticipated, and without their advice on how to proceed, I wouldn't have been able to manage.
Dom not only took the time to understand our property but also diligently sought out potential buyers. The team kept me informed throughout every step, efficiently obtaining information from the chain as things progressed, often knowing the status of the chain before my solicitors did!

We initially sold our property and a few days before completion, I experienced a cardiac arrest which meant we had withdraw from the sale.
Hills were wonderfully understanding, they were symptomatic and did all the communicating with the other side.
After a period of convalescence we resisted and again another buyer was found.

“I first met Dominic on the day he opened his new business back in the autumn of 2022. By the end of that week my cottage in Newnham was on the market so I was one of his first clients. I was very impressed with the way he presented the details of the cottage, using a small drone to take the aerial photos which made a huge difference to the overall presentation. I had a lot of viewings and the cottage sold within weeks. His attention to detail is amazing and he never forgets anything!
As the sale proceeded, Dominic and Venetia both kept me up to date with details coming in from my buyer which was really helpful as solicitors can be a bit sparse on information at times! Not only were they helpful on the sale side but they also helped as much as they could with my purchase which was outside the area. They were both very supportive and I was hugely impressed with how hard they both work over very long hours. Nothing is ever too much trouble!
