GoogleI contacted John at Keylocks in Newmarket asking if he could do a survey on a property that we were buying. He said that he could and I asked for a level 3 survey, he came back to me with a price, incredibly on a Saturday. He arranged the survey with the vendor via the estate agent, and a week or so the survey was done, which was very comprehensive including pictures of various parts of the property. I must say that john was very professional and said that if I needed his help to contact him. I would throughly recommend his company and services to anyone looking to get a survey done on their property.

They kept us updated throughout and produced a clear and detailed report. GoogleWe had an offer accepted on a property in Newmarket and needed to make quick progress on a survey. John Johnstone at Keylocks came recommended via the estate agent. From the outset John was attentive, responding to our queries as people new to the area. John advised us on the rationale for the right survey and within a week had found time to conduct the survey- which was easy understandable and very helpful. Excellent customer service support from Lorna in the Keylocks office. John kindly agreed to meet us suseqientky at the property with an architect w - excellent value and quality service. GoogleEveryone I dealt with here went the "extra mile" for me. The Homebuyers survey was good value for money, the surveyor spoke to me several times to discuss her findings and Lorna was very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the stressful process of buying a house!
