We've recently been working with Denisa West-Lewis at haart Newmarket for the sale of our property and I could not recommend her more. From the first meeting to value the property Denisa was passionate about the sale of the house and its potential and from there it's been a fantastic process. Denisa provides the full package in terms of marketing strategy and goes above and beyond to present a property in it's best light and secure the best buyer for you. She was extremely professional but also personable throughout and has secured a buyer for us in 2 weeks from the property being marketed and I do not believe this could have been achieved without her - she has offered guidance and support at every stage of the process and I am extremely grateful, thank you Denisa!

Haart recently sold my house in Red Lodge, Suffolk. Whilst the sale of my house was somewhat problematic with the breakdown of the sale chain, Haart’s staff have been fantastic all the way through the process and really went the extra mile to help get the sale over the line. Haart found a buyer for our house in just 3 days! It felt like the whole team was highly motivated and full of energy and drive. Justine and Alex did a fantastic job of making initial contact and explaining the process in clear language. Justine took some excellent shots of our house and made a great short video describing its best features. Alex handled the viewings that immediately came rolling in, and as he's a local, the timings were always convenient. Within a couple of days we received a strong offer and accepted. I don't think the "For Sale" sign had even gone up. After this, the support from the Haart team continued to be exemplary, with Sonia, for example, going above and beyond to chase up our somewhat sluggish solicitor in order to help move things along, while maintaining a constructive and positive relationship with our buyers, who were understandably keen to move in. Before choosing Haart we did the obvious thing of meeting with a couple of local estate agents that are already very well established in the area, and we expected them to be in a better position to move our property. However, although they were both quite professional, they seemed complacent, valued our property lower, and lacked the energy and conviction of Haart. Needless to say, if the time comes for us to sell again, we know who we'll be calling first.

They would update me as soon as they had new information and kept me in the loop. Although I didn’t meet Alex until he gave us the keys he was very easy to get hold of via email and phone and would answer my questions quickly and professionally.
