Beyond words is an understatement when it comes to the level of support Mark from EweMove showed us throughout our moving journey. We work funny hours but no matter what time of the day or night we had a question or a panic attack Mark was there supporting us and answering the questions, if he didn’t know he said so and came back with the answer almost immediately. I could go one but the best review I could give is that if I’m ever moving again I would most definitely go to there website first and see what they have to offer before anyone else. It’s stressful to move but in my experience Ewe Move and especially Mark have made it that bit better to swallow.

He was a world away from the agents who simply open the door and leave you to look around on your own. Mark was genuinely engaged and enthusiastic. He took the time to tell us the story of the house, knew the answers to all our questions, paid attention to what we were looking for, and really listened to us. That level of care and personal attention is rare, and it makes such a difference to the house-viewing experience. Even though the property wasn’t the right fit for us, we wanted to leave this feedback because Mark’s professionalism and customer service genuinely stood out.

Mark was our 2nd estate agent after only having 1 viewing in 3 months with the previous. From the start you can see Mark's dedication to his business which includes his clients. We where very lucky and Mark found us buyers very quickly. But we had a nightmare when the buyers lost their buyer when we where so close to completion. We where all devastated but held in and Mark worked so hard to get another buyer for them (we both had him as an estate agent). Then trying to chase solicitors so many delays, Mark was always there answered any and all questions chased for us with the other estate agents and solicitors, He also relaid personal question between us and our buyers which made a huge difference. He was a genuine support throughout. After alot of stress we are now in our beautiful home and know that some lovely people are in our previous house. Ive recommended Mark to several people.

We changed agents to Ewe-Move after a deeply dissatisfactory experience with a larger, well-known local agent - four months with only one viewing. If we’d known how good Mark at Ewe-Move was, we’d have changed agents earlier! Mark completely changed how the house was being marketed and was much more interactive; we immediately started getting lots of viewings, and we were under offer in a few weeks. This was only the start of the saga, as unfortunately we discovered an issue that needed sorting out by Land Registry and Ordnance Survey. This took some time to resolve, and Mark worked hard to preserve the chain and keep everybody in contact. With the land issue sorted, our buyers’ solicitors then got shut down! It took a few more weeks to sort that out, and Mark was busy keeping things moving and people communicating throughout. He was able to advise and support through a very stressful time, and worked very hard to keep the sale going. We are very grateful to Mark at Ewe-Move Newmarket and Soham - he went above and beyond to help us achieve our move. We completely recommend him!

Choosing an estate agent is not usually an easy decision with many offering similar services, however when we met Mark he just stood out from the others we had met. Firstly he met us on a Sunday which was helpful so we could both meet him and ask questions. Not only did he explain the whole selling process in an easy manner he also advised he would be available to carry out viewings and book them 7 days a week. He gave us feedback after each viewing and kept us up to date regularly with future viewing and statistics on rightmove etc.After accepting the offer he then helped with communication between us and the solicitors on both sides which helped us achieve a completion within 3 months of accepting the offer. We could not recommend Mark enough as he literally did go above and beyond for us which was hugely appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and would highly recommend him if you are looking for an estate agent with a personable manner and a different approach to main stream selling agents. Having had my house on the market for some time and trying two different agents I became very dispondent . Lack of viewings , lack of contact and lack of enthusiasm for selling my home. I was then introduced to Mark from Ewemove .Straight away I got a good feeling . I felt confident that Mark would be able to sell my house . His approach was different to other agents. He explained he would do the viewings himself. He did a great video of my home really selling it that was used on social media . I think in the first few weeks I got more viewings than I had had in total from both the other agents ! The thing that Mark excelled at and that puts him head and shoulders above all others was communication . House selling is such a stressful time and after talking to anyone going through this process, no sale runs smoothly and mine was no exception! Mark made this rocky road so much smoother . He was always on the other end of the phone. Never once could I ever get hold of him , weekends , evenings Mark was contactable and would reply to any messages left within the hour . His advice and support was second to none. The estate agents of my onward purchase commented on how refreshing Mark was to deal with , keeping everyone in the loop. After an unsuccessful start on the market with another agent, we were recommended to speak with Mark. Mark met with us at a time that suited our schedule and took the time to explain how he works differently from other agents. It was clear he had done his homework… not just relying on facts and figures from databases, but really considering how best to market our property, highlight its features, and truly understand what made it special. One of the things that really sets Mark apart is that he handles everything himself. You’re not passed from one person to another, dealing with a receptionist one day and a contracted photographer the next. Mark works solo and is involved in every step of the process, which means everything is done with care and attention rather than rushed simply to tick boxes. It’s clearly in his best interests to make sure everything is done properly. Mark’s flexible working hours were extremely important to me. I work unsociable hours, and if we needed a question answered at 10pm, he was there with a speedy response. If a potential buyer got in touch outside of normal office hours with questions about our property or requests to view, he responded promptly…far better than waiting until Monday morning or 9am the next day (especially if you’re inpatient, like me!!) What really stood out to me was Mark’s attention to detail in his marketing strategy. It was by far the best we had come across: premium adverts, fantastic professional photographs, captivating property descriptions, a regular social media presence, and even a bespoke video filmed in our home. It went well above and beyond anything we had seen from other agents. Aside from all of this, Mark is simply a great person to work with, easy to get along with, with a good sense of humour, and even willing to help carry boxes…. After all, you don’t show up on moving day expecting to stand there empty-handed! HUGE thanks Mark - if ever we decide to do it all over again we’d choose you! ((But that’s not happening anytime soon!))

Mark has been brilliant from the very first viewing. As first-time buyers, we turned up with about 47 questions… and somehow left with answers to about 120 questions we didn’t even know we had. He patiently explained mortgages, ownership, and the entire process without ever making us feel like complete amateurs.
