I sincerely appreciate the service RE/MAX Star 2 at Canning Town have provided over the last four years. I am very happy with how they have managed our flat. In particular, I would like to commend Rizwan and his team for their professionalism and friendly approach. Rizwan is always reachable and available to assist with any issues, from handling repairs to providing general advice and maintaining clear communication with both us and our tenants. Recently, we faced some challenges with our tenants. Rizwan and the team were instrumental in finding a solution that helped the tenants relocate while supporting me during the subsequent renovation. Following the property upgrade, the team worked very hard to secure new tenants and ensured all necessary paperwork was in place. We are truly pleased with the service and the flat is now successfully rented. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.

RE/MAX Lettings is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and with a serious lack of communication. During our 7 years living in the property, there was no repainting and no proper maintenance carried out. Basic items were never renewed, including beds, fridge, and washing machine, despite long-term tenancy. There were no annual gas or electrical safety checks, which is a clear breach of legal requirements. After ending the contract, we requested our deposit back and had to chase the agency for several weeks just to get a response. In the end, the decision was made entirely in their favour, and we received none of our deposit back. Overall, a very poor and stressful experience. Avoid this agency, especially the Canning Town branch.

After my tenancy ended, I had to send multiple emails regarding the return of my deposit, all of which were completely ignored. No replies, no updates, just silence. The deposit was delayed significantly, without any proper explanation or communication. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get a basic response. This kind of service is unacceptable from a professional agency. There was a total lack of responsibility and care for the tenant. I would not recommend Remax to anyone, if you want peace of mind and reliable service, look elsewhere.

My experience with this landlord was extremely negative. When the boiler broke down, they did not respond to messages or answer calls, so I had to solve the problem myself, following their instructions over the phone. After the contract ended, the landlord tried to take the deposit, even though we left the house in much better condition than when we received it. This created additional stress and forced us to look for evidence and contact the relevant authorities. After four months of waiting, the deposit was returned to us, but the process was very tedious. I would not recommend this landlord to anyone, as we faced many problems.

This is the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. Please avoid them at all costs, they are not trustworthy. Many tenants have lost their protected deposits after ending their contracts and never received a penny back. They provide false excuses, misleading information, and no real proof to justify keeping your deposit. The flats are in terrible condition: constant noise issues, water damage, increasing mold, and serious maintenance problems. Despite repeated complaints, no proper repairs were carried out by the landlord or managed by the agency. Overall, an awful experience from start to finish. Avoid this agency if you value your money, your health, and your peace of mind.

This agency is the worst which we worked together. They gave us a flat which was so dirty and full of BED BUGS!!! It took around a month for bringing a fridge and a washing machine! We couldn't wear normal clothes as we couldn't wash them in this weather. I have 2 children and they don't care about bed bugs problem at all. Please, never and ever get any flat or house or any other living options from them and it is my own experience to share! They even don't pick up the phone o matter how many times you call them! They don't care even young children who are also their clients! Hope this information can be helpful to those who arw looking for a place to rent

Doooo not using the agent!! my flat has been rented to new tenant without notice me. Also make me so angry is they try to earn extra money to fix my flat using their own people, when I try to find a professional pumper to fix, they lied to me phones me up said tenant come to their office annoyed them for no heating, adil also scared me about if not fix customer can complain about customer right for 48hours. but as my pumper come next day after they report issue, my pamper also told me, tenant go to Swissland for few days that’s reason he can’t find the time to go next day after checked, how the agent can do thing like this!!! And actually it’s not first time they try lie and scare me to fix the flat try to earn extra, last year they try lie to me said my bath leaking. More and more things make me so scared what kind agent is!!!!! I have more things which are they do! ( they try deal with my pumper to charge extra to another flat they managing) I will waiting for Adil email back. To tell me why them lie and change tenant without notice me. Anyone can help me to find agent to deal this angent please let me know.
