I have been with Partap for around 7 years now. They have always been honest reliable, and efficient in their work. Any tenancy related issues are brought to my attention as soon as they arise and dealt with quickly and efficiently by the team. They have always discussed any costs related to any repairs with me first and carried them out quickly and efficiently. Their trades people carry out any required works to a very good standard. I have not had any problems like hidden charges with them which I have had with other agents in the past. Polly the manager is an asset to the Company with a wealth of knowledge in the field. Not only is she an extremely efficient manager but she is also always friendly, cheerful and positive and nothing is too much to ask of her. I have had only positive experiences with Polly and her team and would recommend their services 100%.

Over the last two years, I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Polly from Partap Property Estate Agents. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The property I was involved with had several significant issues, and Polly's role was instrumental in navigating these challenges. Her support was not just about getting the work done; it extended to providing sound legal advice in my dealings with the landlord. What stood out was her continued assistance even after my tenancy concluded, leading to a resolution where I received appropriate compensation. Polly's professionalism and unwavering support have been remarkable, making her an invaluable asset to anyone in need of competent property management services.
