GoogleThe reviews on here are staff and family members. There attitudete to safety in high rise bukldings is appalling,there staff are un qualified and the owner Taj is criminally neglegent time and time again! If you give him information he doesnt like or doesnt want to accept and repair he stops paying contractors! Appalling
I don' t think we had any dealings with you and there is nobody named Taj working here. I think you may have the wrong business

GoogleI used McKenzie homes very helpful and gave me excellent advice. They provided me with first class professional service . I been with them number years now. They really taken care of me, found me very good tenants they do all hard work, made my life easy . Very friendly knowledgeable staff easy to contact . I am so glad I used there services. When needed tenants they did all advertising and vetting and viewings and check tenants documents and assisted me with tenancy agreement. They also provide fully manage service very competitive fees. Whenever any issues arise they work with me to resolve the issues. They really have looked after my property and definitely recommend them if u are tenant or landlord, or thinking selling your home. They have nice office on high street , and you can also contact them via email and phone very contactable and friendly service.

GoogleVery disappointed service. I gave them holding deposit £335 pounds. After one week they didn't give me property and also didn't give me holding deposit back . They did not provide any ducoments for my holding deposit. I went to the agency and called police . When police came they made immediately fake ducoments about not to return my holding deposit. There is no my signature as well as . I prove to the police as well as that was dorzy documents. I will never go any letting agency like Mckenzie homes again in my life .

GoogleWhen we request for some work to be done in the house, they never bother to give any attention to it and when they do they send workers who don't even know what is going on. Latest example 3 months ago we requested them to send someone to fix something in the house they still haven't sent anyone.

GoogleWe have been engaged with McKenzie Homes as a tenant for more than 3 years. They never gave us a chance to raise any concern over the building condition. Always get electric and gas certificates intime and We always have a quick positive response from the staff as well. Mr Shah and Mr Raul Islam always available to provide the best possible services in terms of property repairs and correspond to the property owner. We had a very good experience and rank them best in the locality.

These guys were the absolute worst. They practically did nothing throughout the time i was working with them. If I asked them to do something, I had to chase them for months for it to even be partially done. They also provided the tenant with advice on how to make my life difficult, left my property unoccupied for months, without paying rent. They have the worst customer service and they don't even know what they're doing.
