I've rented a property with one of their agents back in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. Since the beginning, Hansa was super comprehensive with all my questions and concerns, from the tenancy agreement and length to a bed that broke afterwards and she managed to sort it on the same day. She promptly assisted me through the renting process, doing everything in her power to make my tenancy as pleasant as possible. If I had any sort of concern or problems with the property, I could literally just pick up the phone and give her a call no matter what day or time it was, and she would sort it out within minutes.
Even when they're busy, they still give you the attention you need, and assist you in the best way they can. I am happy to say I was able have the experience to be a tenant with them, and I wish I could always be assisted by them as my Estate Agency.
This is honestly the best estate agency I've ever dealt with in nearly 10 years of renting, and I couldn't recommend them more! Big thanks to Hansa and a solid 5 stars!

GoogleI must admit I didn’t have much hope when I walked into these agents which are tucked on a corner of the Barking Road. Maybe it’s because my experience with estate agents up to that point hadn’t been very positive or productive. However I was given a very personal service. There was a young lady and gentleman. I wanted to sell my flat. Once I signed up with these agents my flat was sold within a week. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.
