I first got acquainted with KK Rich Estates couple of years ago , when I wanted to sell a house. But the tenant refused to move out. I had to get a court order to move them. I didn’t have a clue how to do this. Hafeeza from KK Riches guided me through the entire process including attending the court hearing with me, even though I never had any dealings with them before. Zuber and Hafeeza were always there for advice, they are very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough for the support and guidance. I finally got my property back and now it’s up for sale

If you’re looking for a place to live, KKrich Estates is a solid choice. The property management is professional, and the rental process was smooth from start to finish. But the real star of the show? Hafeza. Hafeza made everything effortless, she was responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right place. Moving can be stressful, but she handled every question and concern with ease. Whether it was explaining lease details or making sure maintenance requests were handled quickly, she was on top of it all. The property itself is well-maintained, and any minor issues I had were addressed promptly. It’s clear that KKrich Estates takes pride in their rentals, and with people like Hafeza on their team, tenants are definitely in good hands. Highly recommend!

“I had an excellent experience with KK RICH ESTATES LTD. The team was incredibly responsive and kept me informed at every stage of the process. They were honest about pricing, arranged viewings efficiently, and handled everything professionally. What stood out most was their communication, they always followed up and made sure nothing was left unclear. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent in London.” “I would highly recommend KK RICH ESTATES LTD Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail were outstanding. The entire process was handled efficiently, and communication was consistent throughout.”

Really bad experience, in the first look agency was looking good when we checked property, we was interested in the property and want to live there, they asked documents we send it to them. Agent was telling that it will took 24-48hours, but it was far from true, they told get in touch with us after that period of time, but nothing then we call to the agency office nobody pickup the phone, we tryed 2 3 days till they pickup, after it they told agency awaiting landlord agreement it would took 3days max, we call them next week after that period of time again same story nobody pickingup tryed 1 2 days when they answered told the same story awaiting from landlord, alright week later we don't getting any information so calling again and nobody picking up, so I go to the office and met one of agent, I came mad why they wasting our time, he was explaining situation really nice why it's like that and he promised to contact us when whey will get the answer (straight away when I left he close the shutter) Awaiting answer till now, event was mid of June DO NOT WASTE PEOPLE TIME!!!!

Took my possessions and my departed brothers broke into my van after a section 21 served even though they did not move in Also now renting my posetions out following refurbishment I have receipts for the furnishings and pictures of my van that was broken into

We are surprised to see this feedback given the extensive legal process that took place regarding this tenancy. To ensure the public record is accurate, we must clarify the facts surrounding this matter: Legal Eviction: The possession of the property was regained through a formal Section 21 process, culminating in a court-ordered eviction carried out by Court Bailiffs. This action was taken only after a period of 18 months without rent payments. Property Condition: Upon regaining possession, the property required a full refurbishment due to the significant damage and debris left behind. Possessions & Removal: Following the eviction, and despite the court only requiring a 7-day window for the removal of belongings, we extended this grace period to over one month to allow you ample time to collect your items. Disposal of Goods: Because no action was taken to claim or remove these items within that extended timeframe, we were legally required to clear the property so that refurbishment could begin. We do not retain, 'break into,' or rent out any previous tenants' belongings; all unclaimed items were disposed of as part of the restoration process. We follow all housing laws and court mandates strictly to ensure fairness for both parties. Now that this matter has been concluded via the legal system, we consider this case closed
