They execute illegal evictions. At very short time notice they force tenants to vacate property. To solve problems with them is needed to take lawyer's advice.
Very rude people work for this agency.
Ahmed and his colleagues take care only about their own pockets.
Money only matters for them and not the tenants.
Do not rent with this agency is my advice.

We have no Domingo registered as a tenant, we certainly have never carried out an illegal eviction and no member of the team is named Ahmed or anything remotely close.

TrustpilotDisappointed service
I had Ekko London managing my property letting with guaranteed rent, however I must say their services were disappointing. It took over a year to get my property back in order for me to sell, as they were unable to get existing tenants out despite I had given notice in the early 2024. Furthermore, I’ve found some of my valuable furnitures such as leather sofas and wooden tables being missing without any notices, and their tenants left their furnitures which Ekko didn’t do proper management to displace. Since I am an overseas based landlord, I’ve attempted multiple emails to ask for inventory checks yet they never got back to me. I honestly have no clue why they have been so unprofessional. I’m not asking for the locations of missing furnitures any more, but simply would like to ask them to remove those furnitures that do not belong to me as an agent. At this moment, I’d hoped they would’ve acted at the service level they should be by addressing those issues at least rather than completely ignoring me.

We are a close knit company and are confident that no member of our team could ever be insulting or disrespectful to anyone we come across professionally or personally however if any member has been, I can assure you that this will be addressed accordingly.
As humans, we may be prone to making a mistake but again, I’m sure there is nothing that warrants being called the worst agency in London!
I can also assure all reading this review that after a decade of issuing contracts, our contracts are indeed very real.

I've reached out to Ekko London regarding their availability of their properties on SpareRoom. They read my messages and refused to answer them. This has been my experience for 2 separate properties now. This is extremely poor. Not sure why you are advertising on SpareRoom, but don't want to answer any simple questions from prospective tenants. If I ask if the room still available (as sometimes agents forget to take ads for rooms down), a simple yes, will you like to view it?/no, it's not, will suffice.

GoogleCompared to the other agencies I had to deal with this company was quick, easy and stress free. Setting up the viewing and the communication that came afterwards was always prompt. I've stayed at one of their properties for about a month now and when I had a problem with a water heater they got back to me straight away, they offered to come in the next day but in the end helped talk me through on how to fix it. When moving in they were quite flexible with when my rent would be due and they even ordered and delivered at my request an extra drawer closet to furnish the room. Always polite in their communication.
