I would like to say a big thank you to Direct Property Services especially Ali for the excellent service and helping me complete the dream move. Ali was excellent, he is professional and knows what he is doing. Both viewings were accompanied by himself and I was pleased to meet him. He understood our requirements and showed us around the house telling us about the area and what to consider and because of Ali we were able to fall in love with the house we viewed twice and bought it. He was also keeping us up to date about the whole process via email and phone, keeping in touch with the solicitors and seller. He was always there when we needed to contact him. If you want to buy or sell and want excellent, understanding and professional service then I recommend you must go to Direct Property Services, East Ham. Speak to Ali and he will help you all the way. I will use them again in the future if I need to. Thank you for making our dream move come true

Very bad experience, for all the prospective landlords and tenants if you want a hell like experience engage with this company. I myself a landlord and it wasn’t pleasant dealing with them. Especially avoid rental guarantee scheme and also please check the contract’s issued by them it is poorly written not 1 percent favourable to the landlords or tenants the whole contract is in favourable to the company you will be left with no option than to regret. And the final thing before I conclude very poor maintenance.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ali front this branch and cannot recommend him enough. Very proactive and responsive - did extremely well to understand the type of property I wanted and turned everything around so quickly taking all the hassle and worry out of buying the house. Will definitely be using him again when buying/selling my properties in the future.

Complete farce of a company. I am a tenant in one of the properties they manage and they have left me without heat or hot water umpteen times. Empty promises and unanswered calls is the only thing they are good at! Deal with them or any of the properties they manage, at your own risk
