Property Directions reviews

We recently purchased a property through Property Directions in Newcastle. It is often said that moving house can be one of the most stressful things in life. I have to thank everyone at Property Directions but particularly Jonathan and Clare for taking that stress away. Initially Jonathan showed us around the property and was knowledgeable about the bungalow and generous with his time. He then kept us updated through the 'offer' process and gave what was sound professional advice. Once the offer was accepted Clare took us through the process to completion. Despite unconnected issues with our sale through another estate agent Clare was the calming influence. She also assisted with an additional viewing when we wished to show a builder around the property. In short I would highly recommend Property Directions, they made a daunting process smooth and manageable. Customer service is often taken for granted, but Jonathan and Clare are shinning examples of first class service. Many thanks for helping our dream cone to fruition.

We were supported at every stage through the process, and we're delighted to say that now that we are in, the house is everything we were promised it was! I wouldn't hesitate to use Property Directions in the future.

I have rented a few property’s from property directions over the years. Everything from start to finish was so clear and seem less! Any issues however big or small I had were sorted within a timely manner. When issues did arise they kept in touch regularly through phone email and text and checked up to make sure maintenance etc were carried out. Special shout out to Sandra, Lyndsey and Noeleen. Thank you so much for everything youse have been amazing throughout the years. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Best wishes to everyone @propertydirections

Property directions was very helpful to me and my wife. They took our details down and told us what way they are working now. They talked away to us and said to us that they would be in touch with us when any property comes in to them that would suit us. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime for looking for a new home to move into anytime.
