GoogleVery disappointing experience. Continual misinformation re pets being permissible in apartment block from before viewing, upon viewing, on making an offer only to discover when about to sign that no pets allowed! No choice but to pull out sadly. Initially admitted they were wrong but wouldn’t take responsibility for legal costs incurred due to aborted purchase £900 plus other costs which emanated from Lindsay Graham’s mistake!! I gave a 2 because I genuinely believe it wasn’t a deliberate lie to secure a sale that said this agency wasted my time and money!

GoogleWouldn't allow me to visit a property last week that has still not yet went sale agreed, said the owner was possibly going to take the latest bid and i couldn't view it. Seems bit fishy or at very least unprofessional
