I cannot recommend The Able Agent highly enough. After completing my GCSEs, I spent a considerable amount of time trying to determine which career path I wanted to pursue. I found this online training absolutely brilliant. Charlotte's videos, combined with print outs, information to read and mini quiz's provide a wide range of learning tools. Debbie has been extremely efficient and communicative before and after my exam, and thanks to my employer, colleagues and The Able Agent I now have both my Level 3 Certificate in Property Advice and Practice, as well as Listing and Market Appraisal.

I initially came across Able agent to help me with the know how of setting up and estate agents, was not intending to use it to get qualified. I already have an established letting agency, i realized the cost savings and benefits for staff to have access to training 24/7. Many times I started and stopped training for Property mark, however with 2 weeks of graft, managed to get qualified and can enter Arla. Most importantly this has boosted our morale. Helen has been very supportive from start to finish and I cannot thank her enough.

I tasked myself to complete the CeLAP qualification in January from beginning to end!! I did it and I found the whole course excellent, very interesting and I enjoyed the films followed by the eBook - with these two methods and my writing notes it really helped info I didn't know "stick". The pre-exam session with Helen the day before the exam was great too. I found that really helpful. I'm not sure I'd recommend doing it one month - but it got it done and I'm pleased with the result.

Used able agent to complete my level 3 Lettings Practice exam. Able agent was very easy to use and had all the information I needed to use as revision on my exam. The only thing I could say that could be improved would be to have more mock exams however you can use the quizzes for this. Just a personal preference. The support I also received from able agent was fantastic and nothing ever felt like to much trouble.

Really good materials and format for learning. I liked that you had the option of learning from video or e-books and I like that it's online so easily accessible. A few things need to be ironed out, though: there are a lot of spelling errors throughout the material, the website can be incredibly slow to navigate and there is a problem with the quizzes where sometimes it jumps ahead and you start on question 3 for example. The exam was fine, although one of the questions had a word missing which changed the meaning of the question completely and you could only identify that by considering the multiple choice answers. This could mean the difference between a pass and a fail for someone! Overall a good experience, just some tweaking to be done in my opinion. :)
