Its hard to put into words just how incredible Matt & Andrea are at Luv2sell. I've just sold my house with them and Matt was amazing from start to finish. He was always approachable, kept us fully informed at every stage, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Whilst viewing a house I was told by Luv2Sell Wolstanton, that previous roof repairs had been done, which made me feel assured that I could purchase the house with a basic survey being carried out. Shortly after moving in I had rain coming through the ceiling in 2 rooms, which resulted in a complete new roof having to be replaced. I have tried to speak about this to the estate agents but have been left shocked by the response. I was told it was my word against theirs, to which I reminded them that my mum viewed the house with me. This response was disgusting and insulting as I was told, it was convenient that it was my mum with me. I asked for an explanation of what was meant by that, for the comment to be repeated. I explained that I was having a professional conversation and this wasn't anything personal so I don't understand why I was now being personally insulted. The insulting conversation continued and I was told that they are not responsible for anything. They were so rude, clearly not a bit bothered and had zero interest in even trying to help by getting the documentation of the said roof repairs that they said had been done. A very unprofessional attitude and rude. So unnecessary.

I have recently sold my home of 24 years through luv2sell. I was advised by others to use a big estate agent who could cast the net wider which makes no sense as most people search on the online property portals that luv2sell use. Luv2sell were less expensive and considerably more attentive. There is no upfront fee as with some online estate agents who take their money and disengage. Andrea provided a realistic valuation and I sold within the first week. I was treated as a valued customer throughout the whole process - right through to completion. Matt conducted all viewings and was friendly, responsible and highly proactive. Luv2sell also have excellent relationships with local surveyors and solicitors to progress the sale. I would highly recommend luv2sell and I am 100% certain that I made the right decision. Thank you luv2sell 👍😊

They are currently helping us to sell our portfolio of properties and have just got a terraced property and a luxury apartment "over the line" for us!
