They guide you through the difficult path from viewings through to Completion, helping, steering and reassuring at every twist and turn. A truly professional team which stands out from other estate agents.

Hard to reach by phone, emails routinely ignored, and maintenance issues go unresolved for months. When problems are finally acknowledged, the response is slow and dismissive. Feels like tenants are treated as an afterthought.

GoogleWe rent our house through Hamptons Newbury who found an excellent tenant quickly and carried out all necessary checks professionally. They also manage the ongoing rental for us which is very helpful when work is required. The team is very good and our property has been well managed by various team members, and latterly by Paige as our Property Manager.

GoogleIt was a novel experience to be helped by Hamptons as a buyer, as they genuinely seemed to be interested in serving both us a buyers as well as their clients the vendors! Professional and helpful team, with Kate assisting with our viewings and all the follow-up and nitty gritty of smoothing the conveyancing process by good communications with both parties. GoogleAvoid Heather Fraser. Worst company I have dealt with. I am a property maintenance company that work for various estate agents around the area. Hamptons refused to pay my invoice for work that was fully completed months ago. In the end I had to settle for a small amount just to receive some of my money back. I will never use Hamptons again and I work with big estate agents.NegativeProfessionalism
