GoogleGraham sold our property within 24hrs of instruction using his own database of contacts. He goes the extra mile and is by far the most efficient estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. He cares about people, it’s not just a transaction. His exceptional knowledge ensures no nasty surprises when mortgage offers are made. Competitive fees and highly recommend. Thank you Graham and team!

GoogleHalletts are the most honest and trustworthy Estate Agents I have ever come across. They are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough - particularly Marion who goes out of her way to ensure that things are done quickly and ultra professionally.

GoogleHallett's Estate Agency are an independent local firm with a deep knowledge of the market where they operate. They place the customer in the heart all that they do always listening and managing expectations in a balanced, transparent and ethical way. It's easy to sell houses in a climbing market, the test is to cut win/win deals in a choppy market which in my experience is is what Halletts excel at. I'd have no hesitation to use them again and am very happy to and do recommend them to others.

Thank you Lizzie I know you hadn't had a great experience with one of our competitors and it was nice to see that we have put back your faith in estate agents. A really big thank you for the two recommendations that I know you directed our way. All the best in the future

GoogleReally recommend Halletts - very responsive and incredibly helpful with chasing solicitors etc. Graham is great to work with, and offers that more personal service than you get with the big estate agents.

GoogleI cannot thank the team at Halletts enough for the work they did on the sale of my mums house during such a difficult time for our family. Graham did the initial valuation of the house for probate purposes and having to deal with other agents in the area to gain other valuations, I found Graham to be by far the most knowledgeable and helpful with not only the speed and accuracy of the valuation but also his help in understanding the probate process. Our family decided to use Halletts for the sale and as it progressed they kept us all informed regularly without the need to chase updates! Further along in the process, this excellent communication was extended to the buyers and we were all constantly informed with updates as well as proposing helpful solutions to problems that arose. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they really couldn't do enough to answer the countless questions i had and put my mind at ease! I am so grateful to them for helping make a very stressful time easier and absolutely recommend them to anyone considering selling their house.

Hi Kate It was nice to see you again after over thirty years and it was a pleasure to help sell your mums lovely home. I fully understand how hard it can be dealing with not just the sale of the house but dealing with the loss of your mum but can I say that dealing with such nice people like you makes our job so much more pleasant Good luck in the future and hope to bump into you again soon

GoogleWe dealt with Halletts Estate Agents with our former property 32 years ago so it was nice to deal with them again. They are a very professional and approachable team. nothing is ever too much trouble and we were kept informed every step of the way. If there were hold ups, Graham liased with the other agents to try to smooth things out to prevent delays. We received viewings very quickly after the property was put on the market and these were handled by either Graham or his son Sam. We were regularly updated with feedback from the viewings and once sold, Graham helped to make the process run smoothly. Altogether a great team, highly recommend 10/10.

GoogleHalletts went above and beyond to help me move into my new home. I never felt like my concerns were not valid or that my queries were not important. Every call ended up with me feeling less stressed and I knew that all was being dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move and would certainly use them again.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house using Halletts as our selling agent. The reason we choose to use Halletts is because they had originally sold us the house and we were very impressed with the service they had provided. Six years on and I am happy to say the service is still just as good as I remember. Graham, Marion and their team always go the extra mile, you could also always get hold of someone when you needed to and it was always a pleasure to speak to them. We also ended up purchasing our new house through Halletts too which again was a very good experience. We ended up in a slightly tricky chain which meant Graham had to do lots of additional work, including speaking to solicitors and agents that were further down the chain and constant chasing of some parties. He was always a step ahead though and kept us well informed. I don't often like making recommendations but I would highly recommend Halletts as I know they would provide a fantastic service! It makes a huge difference using a decent agent and a decent solicitor, it can make a usually very stressful event much, much easier!! Thanks again.
