Customer service is outstanding. We dealt with Fraser who I must say is amazing, always available and gives 100% customer service. To everyone at Downer & Co thank you an amazing service. Rach & Andy

Absolutely fantastic throughout the process from the start to finish. Attention paid on the valuation to the benefits of the property and a no PowerPoint approach more personal and reflective for the vendor. Swift, on the ball, well managed with ongoing frequent communications. I would recommend to anyone.
