I have nothing but praise for Branch Manager Joanne Calloway and her wonderful team at the Newark office of Haart Estate Agents. From the outset, the business-like attitude displayed by Valuer, Melody Rogers and her confidence in obtaining a sale 'clinched the business', as she set about taking room measurements, before even knowing that I would be engaging their services. The two other agencies that were approached to quote for the job did not do this and one of them did not even bother to make a follow-up call. To my mind Haart's were clearly 'head and shoulders' above the competition and I made my decision on the spot. Melody's photography skills a few days later were equally impressive. Accompanied Viewer, Alex Ashcroft's bright and sunny disposition on the wettest and gloomiest of days, whilst conducting the viewings over the winter months, made the whole experience far less daunting, whilst long chats and updates from Sales Negotiator Laura Thacker in the office, kept me fully appraised of progress at all times. Now that the whole process is progressing towards completion, Joanne is providing a lot of very useful information that has helped me to understand what has been going on at each stage and I feel that she has 'gone the extra mile' to acquire it. I have never felt that I needed to chase them for information or feedback and that I, the vendor, matter to them. I feel that I was guided by my Heart in choosing Haart and I don't regret my decision as I have learnt to always follow my intuition. Thank you Haart.

From the first point of contact I was impressed with the professional service provided by Haart, Newark. My house had been on the market for a few months without any movement nor indeed any real positive feedback from my then agents. But then Haart came on board 😊...... What impressed me most was the attitude of the staff. Most of my my interaction was with Melody Rogers and I can't fault the enthusiasm with which she approached and dealt with the marketing of my property, which was a pleasant breath of fresh air in the stressful world of selling & moving !! It was obvious she really enjoys her job and yup, she's pretty good at it too !! So thank you Melody ! Add to this, whenever I walked into the office in Newark, everyone stopped and took time to chat with me and discuss the current progress ! Again, first time I've received such service from an estate agency.... So - to sum up.....Thank you very much Haart of Newark, I'm hoping to exchange next week 😊.

Initially HAART were my 3rd choice estate agents for no other reason than I was new to the area. The first two failed to sell the property. Fortunately I chose them in the end. the team at haart went to great lengths to ensure that the property details were correct in the brochure and to my satisfaction. after the initial valuation, two of team came out to the house in order to familiarise themselves with the property so that they would be able to answer any questions and promote the sale when in the office. they also organised open house and property of the week advertising without any fuss. i really did feel that my chosen agent haart was very much on my side and working hard to get a sale for me at the best price possible. i have no reservations about recommending haaart in newark as a very good estate agent

Moved to Haart estate agents after my house was up for sale 12 months plus with a different company. Had more viewings in the first 2 weeks than the previous 12 months put together. The manager Jo had the kind of personality where she wouldn't accept no for an answer in respect to selling the house and did just than within 6 weeks! Excellent Service. Good communication throughout the sale. House sold within 2 weeks of signing up with Haart and completion within 8 weeks. Would thoroughly recommend Haart to anyone looking to sell a property, and it goes to show you get what you pay fore after I have a very disappointing experience with one of Newark's lesser known 'Lower Cost' Estate agents who failed to come close to delivering the service they initially offered.
