GoogleI haven't purchased a house with them however my experience of the sales team in the office was a bit like going into a car show room. It's such a large purchase and you need to make sure you feel like a valued customer rather than just another number. If you get this feeling at the beginning, what is the rest of the journey going to be like?
If you do enter negotiations with them make sure you do your homework. Fact check everything they tell you as some information they gave didn't sound very accurate and seemed more like a sales technique.
