Ed Reilly, Sherry Fitzgerald has just completed the sale of our home. I found Ed and his office staff very professional right through the process. I chose Sherry Fitzgerald because they had a very good knowledge of properties in the area. It was a pleasure to deal with Ed and his team. The house photography was excellent and the sale was handled professionally. I would have no hesitation in appointing Ed and his team to sell a property for me in the future.

We as a customer we have right to know what is the reason for unsuccessful. I have applied for more than 10 houses not even one I got a viewing. I understand there is a huge demand and applications. But I have applied at the very first moment it is posted. We are a full time working with clean record and I have mentioned it to them in my intro. I really don't understand how transparent they're in this process. It leads to doubts of internal dealings and unfair procedure. I appreciate you technology of automated process but when customers are spending time to fill in details and showing serious interest. Isn't your options to take your time in reviewing the application fairly to give an opportunity for the serious applicants.

My property was a new townhouse in a very sought after attractive area. When I enlisted my property with SF they promised they had a database of interested customers and my house will sell quickly. I was under the impression that the size of SF would work for my benefit but I turned out to be wrong. I was "just another customer". There was no personal touch or effort put into selling my house. In fact they brought the digital team to do the marketing piece a day AFTER I moved out, when the house was a total mess and without staging anything - showing the house "as is" (and actually worse). At one point the agent advised me to sell the house at a lower price than the one THEY recommended to list the property under. So either they overpriced the property or they didn't deliver! Either way I found their service very unprofessional and very very disappointing.

Instructed Sherry Fitz to sell my home this year - just after the post-Christmas lock-down.The environment was uncertain and stressful. Their quiet competence and confidence was just great. We worked out the pre-sale spending budget, and they were active with meeting my requirements. The standout for me was when there was a bump in the sale path, they were proactive and honest. They also behaved very ethically when dealing with the bidders which I found comforting. Overall, I can't imagine talking to a different agent when selling again. I dealt with Barry Ensor and Andrea Whelan in Rathmines office.

GoogleJohn Radford was excellent to deal with. I say that because he essentially sold our house twice! We first went sale agreed just prior to the pandemic, only three days after the listing went live, but eventually it fell through due to land registry issue that wasn't resolved in adequate time. The follow up from John's team was excellent and communication was frequent and friendly. Before the sale fell through we had our eye on another property and we brought John in for his independent opinion, valuation, and knowledge of the area, all of which we really appreciated. When the sale eventually fell through, John's team was very understanding when we wanted to withdraw from the market for the Christmas period (with young children, etc). We relisted the following January and John did the job again, this time inside two weeks - despite the pandemic, having to do virtual viewings and all the headaches that go along with that. John and the team really earned their fee with us! John says it as it is; went out of his way on a few occasions; and we felt he was very fair to all parties throughout the discussions. John also kept in touch when other properties came along that matched what we were looking for. We couldn't have expected more from him or the team, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the vicinity. Thanks again team.

GoogleA truly 5 star estate agent and office team. We dealt with Radford auctioneers for both the sale and purchase of our houses in rosslare. John not only pleasant to deal with but he’s very good at what he does. Our house was sold in 6 days (which was great because we were in a hurry)! I have previously begrudged estate agents their fee, but John is actively working to sell your house and get the deal done. The office team helped make everything far easier and they helped us over a few bumps along the road (of our own making!).

As recent purchasers of a residential property in Co. Wexford facilitated by vendors auctioneer Aisling McGrath of Sherry Fitzgerald Haythornthwaite. We would highly recommend Aisling and her colleagues in branch who offered a skilled and professional service from virtual viewing, right through to on site viewing and handover. Aisling ensured that there was a constant line of communication between vendors and purchasers and really went the extra mile to close the sale in a timely manner. 5 star service all the way !

Totally Disgraceful. We heard that Sherry FitzGerald was a professional company, but how far from the truth was this. We sold our residential property with them. They found a buyer, but at this point everything went so wrong. A member of staff gave the potential buyer the key and let them enter the property unsupervised. We were unaware of this until we got a call from a neighbour stating the potential buyer had moved a static caravan into the rear garden by craning it over the roof. At this point the potential buyer had no insurance in place, they damaged the interior of the house and they were planning on living in the static caravan rent free before the contract was exchanged. The staff at Sherry FitzGerald did nit check the property to ensure this did not happen. You can imagine the extra stress this put on the seller as the interior of the property had been destroyed and there was a static caravan in the rear garden. If the sale had fallen through, I would have been in a world of pain as it would be up to me to put the house back to being sellable again. The directors of Sherry FitzGerald were concerned, not for the customer, but their business. We had nearly two weeks of stress and getting extra engineer reports completed. I would not recommend their services.

The actions taken by the third party were unprecedented, and in our 40 years of business we have never encountered such a situation before. As we previously communicated with you, once we were made aware of this incident our team proactively brought the matter to a close. We have investigated the matter in full and despite it being highly unlikely such an incident will ever re-occur, we have put extra precautions in place to protect our clients. The unauthorised actions taken by the third party were inexcusable and beyond our control. We hope that now your sale has closed you can put this distressing incident behind you. I engaged Nick Popplewell of Sherry Fitzgerald Radford after he came recommended to me by a person who lives in Rosslare Strand and dealt with him before. Nick organised the weekly viewings of which we received plenty of notice. He also was kind enough to recommend we carry out certain small jobs so that the 3 bed semi detached small property would be more enticing to prospective buyers. We discussed the sale price of the property got good guidance from him along with the real level of interest . It was heading into an off season market so we were into a long Winter if the property didn’t sell. Nick dealt with us very fairly. Was straight up when it came to discussing prospective bids. He does not engage in small talk just all about the business of getting the property on the market at a price he thinks is good for the seller. We asked for a certain price got a realistic bid and then negotiated with him and buyers solicitor until we reached an agreement that was acceptable to both parties.I would highly recommend using Nick for his honesty integrity and straight forward no bs approach if u are thinking about an auctioneer for buying or selling your property in Wexford. Overall top quality service. Regards

GoogleJohn Radford was recommended to me by a family member as an Auctioneer who gets results. When it came to selling a house and 7.5 acres near Ramsgrange that I felt would be tricky to sell I came to him. I was immediately impressed by his drive and his certainty that the place would sell. Throughout the process, John and his team (at the time) of Aoife, Julie and Pauline provided a responsive and first class service. All the people who looked the place over were genuine and attended the property auction. And, as it happened, the property was sold for the predicted price of €240000. I was and am very pleased and would recommend Sherry Fitzgerald Radford to others.
