Wow! What a breath of fresh air! Debbie (Sales Progressor) at Retirement Home Search was absolutely brilliant and without her help the sale could have fallen through multiple times. Having worked in the industry myself for over 12 years, it's rare you come across a Sales Progressor who actually knows what they are talking about and can communicate effectively across all parties involved! She miraculously got the buyer's solicitor to engage with her during the process (which is no easy thing!) and that helped us immensly when chasing our solicitor. I felt so reassured that we had Debbie on the case and it made me relax (which is impossible) so thanks you for all you help! 5* + for going above and beyond and thinking outside of the box when helping us to resolve some complex issues.

Retirement Homesearch is very helpful and competent, our consultant Rachel Hazell clearly knows this specialist market very well. She and Charlotte (who chased once we had accepted an offer) brought it to a successful conclusion. They were particularly good right at the end of the procedure, when our buyer chose to exchange and complete while we were abroad, making the final arrangements quite tricky. We would certainly recommend this business, and believe it may have taken longer to sell with a 'traditional' estate agent who did not know the ins and outs of the retirement home market nor have the access to potential buyers. Our only concerns were the length of the selling procedure and the price we achieved, but neither were the fault of Retirement Homesearch
