GoogleVery disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property.
We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys.
Very dissapointing.

GoogleWhat an excellent service Little Woods have provided so far we had an offer accepted and hit a few stumbling blocks with solicitors. Mike from Little Woods was relentless in his pursuit of obtaining or relevant documentation / information and keeping me updated with progress would highly recommend

GoogleWe are purchasing a property, and feel very grateful to find such a professional agency, who treats the buyer with as much dignity as their vendor. Mike is excellent, and If ever we sell our property, this is the agency I will call first.
