I cannot fault their communication and responsiveness, they also went above and beyond and helped with any questions I had and advice I needed regarding our sale which wasn't even through Richard State. Andrew was lovely in our viewing, gave us great information and answered any questions we had promptly. There was no negative pressure and they helped us get everything over the line as promptly as possible! Rory was also on hand to respond to any questions we had! GoogleIt has taken me too long to write this as we have been in our house for a month, however I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best Estate Agent anyone could ever wish to work with. They operate in a completely different way to most Estate Agents, true gents who genuinely care and have your best interest at heart.
Richard and Clive pushed relentlessly to get our transaction through after it fell apart once and took almost 11 months from end to end. My wife and I were emotional wrecks and we probably put too much of that on to them, we know others were having an awful time of it too and I am sure they must take this burden home with them each day, despite none of it being because of them - often it is entirely out of their hands. I don't envy what they do. With that said and given the situation, they were a critical support to us and helped us to keep going and eventually move into our dream home, honestly I don't think it could have happened without them.
We will forever be thankful to them and I can't recommend them enough. If you are considering which estate agent to use, use Richard State!

Don't think this means he doesn't use modern technology to ensure your property is properly marketed. A much delayed sale due to COVID-19, Richard and his team made sure that the sale went through during a difficult period. The advise from the team ensured I didn't lose or delay the sale. If I was still in the area I would happily use the services of Richard State again.
