Rating 0 with Strong Objection to Unfair and Discriminatory Handling of My Offer for 5 Highbury Close. I am writing to express my profound disappointment, frustration, and outright anger at the unethical and blatantly unfair manner in which Venditum and the seller have handled my offer for the property at 5 Highbury Close. As the first viewer who promptly offered the full asking price immediately after viewing, I expected, and deserved, to be given priority in this transaction. Instead, they have turned what should have been a straightforward sale into a manipulative bidding war, which is not only humiliating but also reeks of greed and opportunism. Matt's email informing me of another offer and pressuring me to submit a "best and final" bid is nothing short of outrageous. This property is not an auction, yet they are treating it as such, pitting buyers against each other to squeeze out every last penny. This behavior is predatory and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity on the part of the agency and the seller. I was the first to step forward with a genuine, full-price offer, and it is deeply unjust that you have disregarded this in favor of chasing higher bids. Their actions have caused me immense annoyance and emotional distress, making me feel undervalued and dismissed as a serious buyer. Furthermore, I cannot ignore the underlying sense of discrimination in this process. As an immigrant, I feel targeted by this racist approach, which seems designed to exploit and humiliate rather than facilitate a fair deal. This is not just poor business practice; it borders on discriminatory conduct that has no place in a professional real estate transaction. In light of this appalling treatment, I have rejected your request for a revised offer and withdrawn my interest in the property entirely. I will not participate in this greedy charade any longer. I urge you to reflect on your practices and treat future buyers with the respect and fairness they deserve, rather than engaging in such manipulative tactics.

Communication could definitely be improved. I emailed them about viewing a property and was contacted twice with suggested times. I responded promptly both times, but never received any confirmation. I still went to the property at the suggested time, but no one showed up. When I followed up, I was told the house had already been sold. However, I noticed it was still listed weeks later. I tried reaching out again, but unfortunately had the same experience, no confirmation or follow-up.
